To be perfectly honest, I am overwhelmed with the outpouring of love SOAR has received from numerous book reviewers. It is an amazing feeling to pour your heart and soul into something like a book and have people you don’t know respond so positively.
But, the creativity SOAR is sparking is so amazing to watch as people post reviews. Getting a great book review is absolutely wonderful, but hearing how SOAR has inspired someone to create artwork or crafts is truly amazing. It makes me feel that much more connected to my readers and I LOVE seeing how Ramone’s journey is sparking their imagination. The people I have met through the review process have been so amazing and I wanted to take a minute to showcase some of the fantastic creations SOAR has sparked for them.
TinkerWonderPlay created these amazing scenes from the book using loose parts! I love how she captures the different images of Ramone and his mom using basic items.
Edspire was so captivated with Ramone’s journey that she created her own SOAR magnets! I love all of the detail and the scenes are so beautiful!
Mrs. Brown’s Bookbox incorporated something called credit card painting to create her birds. I had never seen this before and the birds turned out really awesome!
